Terms & Conditions

Eligible new patients may receive a complimentary initial consultation for selected implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry treatment options. The consultation is intended to provide:

• An initial discussion regarding treatment goals and concerns;
• A preliminary clinical assessment;
• General information regarding potential treatment options;
• An opportunity to ask questions regarding proposed care.

This offer applies only to consultations relating to:

• Dental implants;
• Implant-supported restorations;
• Veneers;
• Cosmetic smile enhancement treatment;
• Other cosmetic dental treatments as determined by Dentist & Co.

The complimentary consultation may include:

• Time with the treating dentist;
• A limited visual examination;
• Discussion of possible treatment pathways and estimated fees.

Unless otherwise stated, the complimentary consultation does not include:

• Radiographs or imaging, including OPG or CBCT scans;
• Intraoral scanning or impressions;
• Diagnostic photographs or records;
• Written treatment plans or reports;
• Clinical procedures or treatment;
• Emergency dental treatment;
• Sedation-related consultations.

Where additional investigations or diagnostic records are clinically required, separate fees may apply.

Any information provided during the consultation is preliminary only and does not constitute a definitive diagnosis or treatment plan.

Treatment suitability, risks, expected longevity, treatment complexity, timeframes and fees vary between individuals. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may depend on factors including oral health, medical history, compliance with professional advice, smoking status, oral hygiene and individual healing response.

Dentist & Co does not advertise or guarantee specific clinical or cosmetic outcomes. Any discussion regarding possible treatment results is general in nature and based on preliminary assessment only.

Patients are under no obligation to proceed with treatment following the consultation.

Dentist & Co reserves the right to determine whether any treatment is clinically appropriate and whether treatment will be offered.

• Available to new patients only unless otherwise approved;
• Limited to one complimentary consultation per person;
• Subject to appointment availability.

Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Dentist & Co reserves the right to withdraw the complimentary consultation offer where repeated cancellations, failure to attend appointments, or misuse of the offer occurs.

This offer:

• Is not redeemable for cash;
• Is non-transferable;
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Dentist & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

Personal information collected during the consultation process will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Dentist & Co Privacy Policy found on our website: www.dentistandco.com.au

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable Australian Consumer Law.
